Dr. Horvath earned his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Following his graduation from medical school, Dr. Horvath completed his Diagnostic Radiology residency training at Christiana Care Health System, Newark. He has completed a fellowship in Interventional Radiology from Shands Hospital at the University of Florida, Gainesville, FL.
